How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you use SSO, contact your organization administrator.

How do I add team members?

Go to your organization settings and open the Team or Members section. Invite new members by email. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization. Role and permission settings vary by plan.

What happens when I run out of credits?

When you reach your credit limit, new visitor identifications may be paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. Existing identified visitors remain accessible. Check your Plans & Credits documentation for details on your plan's behavior.

How do I connect my CRM?

Bullseye integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce. Go to Integrations in your organization settings, select your CRM, and follow the connection flow. You can also use webhooks to send visitor data to other tools.

Can I export my visitor data?

Yes. CSV export is available on Starter plans and above. Use the export option from the Visitors page or from a list. Exports include the visitor and company fields you select.

How do I configure my Ideal Customer Profile?

Go to ICP settings in your organization. Define rules based on company attributes (industry, size, location) and person attributes (job title, seniority). Visitors are scored automatically against your ICP. See Configure Your ICP for setup steps.

Who do I contact for billing questions?

For billing, subscription changes, or plan questions, email [email protected]envelope. You can also manage your subscription from your organization settings.
